Eligibility for the Saathi Program includes active film industry workers registered with recognised unions, low‑income households, families with school‑ or college‑going children, and older workers managing ongoing health and medical needs.
Saathi Program 2026 introduces enhancements aimed at strengthening year‑round support, including increased annual support allocations per beneficiary, flexible benefit structures to tailor assistance to individual needs, expanded healthcare prioritisation for diagnostics and treatment access, and simplified digital delivery mechanisms to improve accessibility and reduce barriers to benefit utilisation.
