India aims to maintain multiple energy procurement sources, guided by national interests, according to Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri.
While responding to the question on India’s plans to buy Russian oil, Misri was quoted by PTI as saying, “Our approach has been to maintain multiple sources for energy procurement.”
He added, “National interest will be a guiding factor in India’s sourcing of energy.”
