Welcome to Day 3 of the Games, highlighted by a must-see ice dance competition, a pair of ice hockey powerhouses and medal events in Alpine skiing, freestyle skiing, speed skating, snowboard and ski jumping.
Let’s take a look at everything to watch today.
Top events to watch

Time: 1:20 p.m. ET, 7:20 p.m. in Italy
TV: Peacock
What to watch for: The ice dance competition, featuring American favorites Madison Chock and Evan Bates, begins with the rhythm dance portion. Chock and Bates missed the medal stand in the event in 2022, but have won just about everything there is to win since then — three U.S. championships, three world championships, three Grand Prix finals — and will be hoping to top the Olympic podium this time around. The event concludes with the free dance on Wednesday.
Ice hockey: U.S., Canada women back in action

TV: Peacock
What to watch for: Preliminary action continues with the Americans taking on Switzerland and Canada facing the Czechs. It’s a prelude to Tuesday’s showdown between the sport’s two powerhouses in the final group-stage game. Also on Monday: Japan faces Italy (6:10 a.m. ET) and Germany takes on France (10:40 a.m. ET).
