showed
a

scene
in
a
car
outside
a
cemetery.
The
visuals
have
triggered
complaints
to
authorities,

Brazilian
model-actor
Beatriz
Taufenbach,
seen
in
the
scene,
appears
to
have
removed
her
Instagram
presence.
Objections
began
soon
after
the
Toxic
teaser
was
released
online,
with
several
viewers
flagging
the
intimate
cemetery
sequence
as
graphic.
Social
media
debates
have
continued,
and
attention
quickly
turned
to
the
identity
of
the
woman
seen
with
Yash
in
the
car,
leading
to
heavy
online
speculation
and
misidentification.
Toxic
teaser
controversy
and
complaints
escalate
On
Monday,
leaders
from
the
women’s
wing
of
the
Aam
Aadmi
Party
filed
a
complaint
with
the
Karnataka
State
Commission
for
Women,
objecting
to
alleged
obscene
content
and
demanding
that
the
teaser
be
withdrawn.
AAP
state
secretary
Usha
Mohan
wrote,
“The
obscene
and
explicit
content
in
the
teaser
of
this
movie
is
causing
serious
harm
to
the
social
well-being
of
women
and
children.
These
scenes,
released
in
the
public
domain
without
any
age-related
warning,
degrade
the
dignity
of
women
and
insult
Kannada
culture,”
Following
this
representation,
the
Karnataka
State
Commission
for
Women
contacted
the
Central
Board
of
Film
Certification.
The
Commission
requested
the
CBFC
to
take
“appropriate
action”.
Separately,
social
activist
Dinesh
Kallahalli
approached
the
CBFC
as
well,
filing
a
complaint
against
what
was
described
as
“obscene,
sexually
explicit
and
morally
offensive
scenes”
shown
in
the
Toxic
teaser.

many
reports

suggested
that
the
