Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela have shared an intimate video from the day their twins were born on January 31, giving fans a calmer, inside view of the celebrations at Apollo Hospitals, where the family gathered and Chiranjeevi personally conveyed the news. The clip, posted on Upasana’s X account, shows Ram Charan and Upasana arriving together at the hospital while Chiranjeevi waits in the corridor, before stepping out to inform well-wishers that the couple have welcomed a baby boy and a baby girl.

In the video, Upasana returns to Apollo Hospitals, choosing the same delivery room where first child Klin Kaara Konidela was born in June 2023, and the family arranges for two medical teams to oversee the delivery of the twins for added support.
Once the twins arrive, Chiranjeevi is seen addressing fans and the media outside the hospital, saying, “From far away and from a long time a lot of people have wished for something auspicious like this to happen. By the blessings of God, a baby girl and a baby boy have been born.”

After Chiranjeevi’s announcement, pink and blue balloons are released into the sky outside Apollo Hospitals, where hundreds of Ram Charan’s fans gather, dance and cheer, turning the area near the premises into a large celebration for the newborn twins.
Upasana adds a long note with the video on X, writing, “Every time I watch this, my heart feels full. I’m deeply grateful for the love, strength, and positivity that surrounds us. Ram Charan married Upasana, vice-chairman of Apollo Charity and granddaughter of Apollo Hospitals founder Prathap C Reddy, in June 2012 after a December 2011 engagement, and the longtime friends welcomed daughter Klin Kaara in June 2023, while Ram Charan now moves on from Shankar’s Sankranthi release Game Changer, which earned under ₹200 crore worldwide, to Buchi Babu Sana’s sports drama Peddi, scheduled to reach cinemas on April 30.
