Welsh MMA star Mason Jones has taken BBC Sport through a typical day of training in his fight camp before UFC London in March.
The lightweight takes on Frenchman Axel Sola at the O2 Arena on 21 March. The 30-year-old is on a six-fight winning streak as he prepares to fight in the English capital.
