Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic is a period gangster film which is jointly written and produced by Yash. The movie features Yash in a double role along with Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, and Rukmini Vasanth. In fact, if the media reports are to be believed, Toxic, which is made with a budget of Rs 600-700cr, it is touted to be the most expensive Indian film ever made. While Toxic has seen a decent start in pre-sales, it has been facing a -comparison with KGF Chapter 2. It will be interesting to see if Toxic will be able to beat KGF Chapter 2 USA advance booking collection which happens to be $532K.
Meanwhile, the makers of Toxic are set to unveil the trailer of the movie on March 8. The movie is releasing in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and English. In fact, the makers are set to unveil the first song of Toxic today as Tabaahi starring Yash and Kiara.
