Thaai Kizhavi centres on a darkly comic premise. The story follows a group of greedy sons who initially await the death of their paralysed mother. However, their plans take a dramatic turn when they discover she is linked to a valuable treasure. The narrative unfolds around their attempts to keep her alive, shifting the emotional and moral stakes of the situation. The film blends elements of satire and family drama, using the central conflict to explore themes of greed and obligation.
The film features Radikaa Sarathkumar in the lead role, alongside Singam Puli, Arul Doss, Bala Saravanan, Munishkanth, Ilavarasu, George Maryan, Muthukumar and Raichal Rabecca.
