Rashmika Mandanna And Vijay Deverakonda Wedding Today: Actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are set to marry today, February 26, in Udaipur in what has been described as a private ceremony attended by family members and close friends. According to reports, the Telugu wedding rituals are expected to take place around 10 am on Thursday.
The wedding is being hosted at ITC Mementos, a luxury property located roughly 50 kilometres outside Udaipur. The couple has chosen to keep the gathering intimate, limiting attendance to immediate family and a small circle from the film industry.
The celebrations are structured around two separate ceremonies to reflect the backgrounds of both actors. The morning event will follow traditional Telugu Hindu customs, in keeping with Vijay Deverakonda’s heritage. A second ceremony, scheduled for the evening, will incorporate Kodava (Coorg) rituals representing Rashmika Mandanna’s roots.
‘Wedding of Virosh’: Pre-Wedding Celebrations And Guest List Details
The couple confirmed their wedding earlier this week through coordinated posts on social media, referring to the occasion as “The Wedding of Virosh,” a name coined by fans by combining their first names. In their statement, they acknowledged the affection shown by supporters over the years and formally adopted the fan-given title for their wedding celebrations.
Pre-wedding events have been underway since February 23. The couple shared select moments from the festivities online, offering glimpses of celebrations. Among the events organised for guests were a curated dinner, recreational activities by the pool, and a friendly cricket match labelled the “Virosh Premiere League.”
The sangeet ceremony was held earlier this week at the hill resort venue, followed by haldi and mehendi functions on February 25. The events were reportedly attended by invited guests from the Telugu and South Indian film industries.
Those expected to be present at today’s wedding include director-actor Tharun Bhascker, filmmaker Rahul Ravindran, actors Eesha Rebba and Ashika Ranganath, stylist Shravya Varma, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, and actor Kalyani Priyadarshan.
As the morning ceremony gets underway, the evening Kodava rituals are expected to complete the formal proceedings, bringing together both families’ traditions on the same day.
