Rajpal Yadav Drops Major Updates On His ₹1200 Crore Worth Line-Up: Actor-comedian Rajpal Yadav addressed the media in Mumbai about the Rs 9 crore loan case, soon after the Delhi High Court paused the sentence in the related cheque bounce matter. Rajpal, joined by lawyer Bhaskar Upadhyay, spoke about the legal fight, the interim relief, and how the past ten years shaped future work and personal decisions.
The High Court order granted interim suspension of Rajpal’s sentence until March 18 in the cheque bounce case. Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma’s bench directed a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh and one surety for the same amount. The court also recorded that Rs 1.5 crore had already been deposited in the respondent’s bank account while considering this relief.

Moving beyond courtroom developments, Rajpal outlined an aggressive work schedule planned for several years. The Bhul Bhulaiyaa actor said he has film and branding commitments worth more than Rs 1000 crore over the next seven years. Rajpal added that 10 films are already locked, with many non-film deals also in place across different ventures and sectors.
Detailing the commercial side, Rajpal said in the press conference, “Over the next 7 years, I have branding projects valued at Rs 1200 crore. I’ve secured 4 agreements, which don’t include films. Some of these projects are worth Rs 200 crore, while others go up to Rs 2000 crore. The income is a mix of fees and equity in the projects. Rajpal also described the response received while facing jail and legal trouble, saying support arrived from fans, colleagues and strangers. According to Rajpal, this help ranged from small savings to large transfers, often sent quietly. Rajpal said gestures from children and families affected him strongly and deepened a sense of responsibility towards supporters nationwide.
Sharing specific experiences, Rajpal was quoted as saying by ANI, “In the past 20 days, I’ve received everything from kids’ piggy banks to Rs 1 crore through social media, and much more. I’ll be issuing a statement to thank them, and there are 4-5 people I want to specifically mention. I also want to express my gratitude to those who wish to remain anonymous.” Rajpal called this backing a major emotional anchor.
On repaying that help, Rajpal added, “I want to thank them for their sympathy, but I also want to ask them to send their bank details. I just need time from them, but I will pay them all back with respect. However, I can’t repay the debt of so many kids across the nation who stood with me,” highlighting a promise to settle every monetary contribution personally.
