With over 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Ersev brings a distinguished track record of leadership across some of the world’s most renowned hotel brands. His career includes key roles with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where he successfully managed iconic properties and consistently elevated guest satisfaction through world-class standards and personalised service.
Most recently, Ersev served as General Manager, Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes, where he led operations in Bodrum, overseeing a large-scale resort featuring residences, villas, and extensive F&B facilities. His expertise in managing complex luxury environments and driving operational excellence makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead Park Hyatt Dubai into its next chapter.
Prior to his tenure with Mandarin Oriental, Ersev held leadership positions with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts across a remarkable portfolio of global destinations, including St. Petersburg, Maldives, Jakarta, Riyadh, Doha, Sharm El Sheikh, Istanbul, Seychelles, Beirut, Berlin, and Newport Beach. Throughout his career, he has been recognised for his ability to build high-performing teams, enhance guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of luxury service.
Fluent in English, German, and Turkish (native), Ersev is known for his strategic vision and his ability to inspire teams to deliver truly world-class experiences.
