O’Romeo X Review: Shahid Kapoor’s massive fan following can’t keep calm and rightfully so. After all, the versatile actor is coming with his first release of the year which has been creating waves in the town. We are talking about O’Romeo which is a romantic action thriller and is written and helmed by Vishal Bhardwaj. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, O’Romeo features a stellar cast including Triptii Dimri, Nana Patekar, Avinash Tiwary, Tamannaah Bhatia, Disha Patani, Farida Jalal and Vikrant Massey.

For the uninitiated, O’Romeo is based on the book Mafia Queens of Mumbai by Hussain Zaidi and ahs been one of the most anticipated releases of 2026. To note, O’Romeo marks Shahid’s first collaboration with Triptii and their sizzling chemistry has been one of the highlights of the movie. Besides, it also marks Vishal Bhardwaj’s return to direction after three years. A must-watch for action plus romance lovers. #ShahidKapoor absolutely owns the screen his aggression, emotional depth, and dialogue delivery are electrifying. Every scene feels charged with intensity. #TriptiiDimri delivers a stunning performance, graceful yet strong. Their chemistry adds emotional weight to the narrative. First Half – Begins with a solid character build-up introducing the love angle, the underworld conflict, and layered suspensed. Second Half – This is where the film goes full throttle. High-voltage action sequences, intense confrontations, emotional breakdown moments, and powerful mass elevation scenes dominate. Climax – Emotionally charged and action-packed. The final showdown blends romance, sacrifice, and gangster drama beautifully leaving a strong impact”.
