O’Romeo Box Office Collection Day 2 (Early Trend): Shahid Kapoor’s new film O’Romeo reaches cinemas in 2026 amid strong buzz about its box office prospects. The romantic action thriller has attracted wide curiosity, with audiences keen to see how the project performs commercially after weeks of steady discussion and speculation. The film is Shahid’s first theatrical release of 2026 and is written and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. According to a report published in Sacnilk, O’Romeo saw a good hike in footfalls during the evening shows and recorded an occupancy of 26.79% on day 1. Interestingly, it has recorded the second highest evening occupancy for day 1 in 2026 after Border 2. Interestingly, while O’Romeo managed to beat the evening occupancy of Deva (14.20%), it failed to beat Border 2 which recorded the evening occupancy of 49.13% on day 2.

Interestingly, O’Romeo has been seen a growth at the box office on the opening day. After crossing Rs 1.5 cr during morning shows (until 12 pm), O’Romeo has crossed Rs 5cr. In fact, the movie’s collection stands at Rs 7.5cr at 7 pm and taking the overall collection to Rs 16cr.
