O’Romeo Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction: Vishal Bhardwaj, Bollywood’s renowned filmmaker, is back to direction after three years and we can’t keep calm about it. After the release of 2023 Khufiya starring Tabu, Ali Fazal and Wamiqa Gabbi, Vishal Bhardwaj is here with O’Romeo which is one of the most anticipated releases of the year. Written and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, O’Romeo is a romantic action thriller and features a stellar cast of Shahid Kapoor, Triptii Dimri, Nana Patekar, Avinash Tiwary, Tamannaah Bhatia, Disha Patani, Farida Jalal and Vikrant Massey.

Will O’Romeo Beat Border 2 On Opening Day?

Interestingly, O’Romeo is facing comparisons with Border 2 which has been the biggest release of 2026 so far. And while there are speculations about O’Romeo beating Border 2 on its opening day, as per the prediction, Shahid starrer will fail to beat the war drama. For the uninitiated, Border 2 had made a collection of Rs 30cr on its day of release which is likely to be more than thrice the collection of O’Romeo’s opening day numbers.

Meanwhile, talking about O’Romeo, director Vishal Bhardwaj shared a long note and wrote, “Before the critics speak and before the box office delivers its verdict, I feel compelled to share how deeply proud I am of this film. It is as massy as I can be. It is as artistic as I can be. It is as violent as I can be. It is as poetic as I can be. It is as loving as I can be. It is as vengeful as I can be.
