O Romeo Vs Kaminey Box Office

Shahid Kapoor’s latest release O Romeo is now being compared to his earlier collaboration with Vishal Bhardwaj, the 2009 crime drama Kaminey, which also featured Priyanka Chopra.

Kaminey had emerged as an above-average performer at the box office, earning approximately ₹70-71 crore worldwide, with its India net collection reported to be around ₹41.3-41.5 crore, according to Box Office India. Going by those figures, O Romeo has already moved past Kaminey’s lifetime India net total. With its current momentum, Shahid’s new film has managed to outpace the 2009 release in domestic earnings
