The film, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, was released on February 13, 2026, and clashed with Tu Yaa Main, featuring Shanaya Kapoor and Adarsh Gourav. After a steady opening weekend, the collections have moderated, with occupancy levels dropping across several centres. The film still remains some distance away from the ₹50 crore mark, and going by its current weekday trend, it appears unlikely that O Romeo will cross that milestone today. The final numbers, however, will depend on evening and night show occupancy.
