Newcastle United are among the clubs that are interested in signing Abde Ezzalzouli from Real Betis in the summer transfer window, according to Sports Boom. Aston Villa, West Ham United and Aston Villa are also said to be keen on the winger, with Napoli also admirers of the 24-year-old.
Ezzalzouli has been at Betis since 2023, when he made the move from Barcelona. The Morocco international winger has scored 23 goals and provided 11 assists in 111 appearances for Betis so far in his career and has established himself as one of the best players for the La Liga club.
Sports Boom has reported that Newcastle scouts have placed Ezzalzouli ‘at the top of their shortlist due to his tactical flexibility on both flanks’. Villa manager Unai Emery has also been impressed with the winger and reportedly view him as the ‘missing piece’ in his attacking unit. While Betis are open to selling the winger, the Spanish club will reportedly demand €35m–€40m for him.
