After its recent preview show which was held in Kochi, Kerala, Masthishka Maranam has been receiving a big thumbs up from the cinephiles. The audiences who love experimental cinema, especially the fans of cyberpunk films, are overjoyed to witness Krishand’s fresh attempt in Malayalam cinema. The early reviews suggest that the Rajisha Vijayan starrer is indeed, a one-of-a-kind film.
Aattam director Anand Ekarshi, who recently watched Masthishka Maranam at the preview show, recently took to his Instagram story and heaped praises on the film. “One of the most original movies I have ever seen from Malayalam… Krishand goes international, I must say! Each and every department was so fantastic that the first thing I though of when I woke up today was about some of the scenes from the film,” wrote the filmmaker.
“I am sold! I truly believe hat this film deserves a massive success. Do not miss this in theatres! Do not miss this in theatres! Worldwide release from Feb 27,” further added Anand Ekarshi, who is clearly impressed with Masthishka Maranam, on his Instagram story. Along with Rajisha Vijayan and Niranj Maniyanpilla Raju, Masthishka Maranam features an exciting star cast including Divya Prabha, Jagadish, Vishnu Agasthya, and others in the key roles. Varkey has handled the music score composing and sound design of the film. Prayag Mukundan is the director of photography.
