MasterChef India 9 Elimination Update: Where To Watch New Episode? Timings
MasterChef India 9 has narrowed to its top 7 family teams as five pairs have been eliminated from the kitchen. The cookery show now consists of contestants, who have survived tense eliminations, while five pairs have exited between January 23 and February 20.
Last week, Mahfooz and Yasmin Ansari got evicted from the reality show, giving us the top seven contestants of the ninth season.

The remaining contestants represent different parts of India and various family bonds. Ajinkya and Vikram Gandhe from Nagpur, Maharashtra stay in contention as brothers. Sisters Anju Pradhan and Manju Ojha from Puri and Bhubaneswar in Odisha also continue, along with several other close-knit pairs still chasing the trophy.
From Punjab, sibling duo Anshmeet Singh and Prabhdeep Kaur continue after cooking from Ludhiana and Jalandhar roots. Mumbai sisters-in-law Archana Dhotre and Rupali Jadhav also remain. Hyderabad’s mother-daughter team Chandana and Sai Sri Rachakonda stay, as do Mathura sisters Simran and Himanshi Vohra, and Kasaragod father-daughter pair Venu and Avani Sharma.
Eliminations started with Raksha and Kanchana Devi from Bir, Himachal Pradesh. The mother-in-law and daughter-in-law team left on 23 January and finished 12th. On 30 January, Jhansi-based father-in-law and daughter-in-law duo Vishnu and Harshini Purohit exited, taking 11th place after falling short in the kitchen challenges.
The competition then claimed Bikaner, Rajasthan pair Parvati and Himang Soni, a mother-son team, on 06 February in 10th place. Mumbai sisters Deepali Bihani and Jamuna Somani were eliminated on 13 February, finishing 9th. Most recently, Bilaspur and Ambikapur siblings Mahfooz and Yasmin Ansari left on 20 February, placed 8th overall.
With these exits, MasterChef India 9 now focuses on the seven surviving family duos from Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh and Kerala. Each remaining team carries its regional style and relationship dynamic into the next phase of the contest.
