debut
shortly.
After
its
theatrical
release
in
November
last
year,
the
film
is
gearing
up
for
its
OTT
premiere
on
January
9,
with
streaming
scheduled
to
begin
in
just
a
few
hours.
Directed
by
debutant
Vikarnan
Ashok,
Mask
was
released
in
cinemas
on
November
21,
2025.
The
film
is
jointly
produced
by
The
Show
Must
Go
On
and
Black
Madras
Films,
with
Andrea
Jeremiah
also
serving
as
one
of
the
producers
alongside
S.
P.
Chockalingam.
The
project
was
mentored
by
filmmaker
Vetrimaaran.
The
OTT
platform
ZEE5
has
confirmed
that
Mask
will
begin
streaming
on
January
9.
In
a
social
media
post
shared
at
12:18
PM
on
January
8,
the
platform
stated
that
the
wait
would
end
in
less
than
12
hours.
The
film
is
expected
to
become
available
on
the
platform
around
midnight.
Mask
Plot
Outline,
Cast,
And
Crew
Mask
follows
the
story
of
Velu,
a
private
detective
who
takes
on
cases
for
a
fee
while
secretly
exploiting
his
clients
for
personal
gain.
Running
parallel
to
his
journey
is
Bhumi,
who
operates
an
organization
presented
as
a
charitable
NGO
but
is
involved
in
unlawful
activities
behind
the
scenes.
When
a
corrupt
politician
entrusts
her
with
a
large
sum
of
illicit
money,
the
situation
escalates
after
a
masked
group
steals
it.
Velu
is
then
forced
to
track
down
those
responsible
and
recover
the
money,
setting
off
a
chain
of
events
that
drives
the
narrative
forward.
Alongside
Kavin
and
Andrea
Jeremiah,
the
film
also
features
Ruhani
Sharma
in
a
key
role.
The
technical
