upcoming
Tamil
film
Mask,
starring
Kavin
and
Andrea
Jeremiah,
is
gearing
up
for
its
theatrical
release
on
November
21,
2025.
Billed
as
a
black
comedy
crime
thriller,
the
film
marks
the
directorial
debut
of
Vikarnan
Ashok
and
is
produced
jointly
by
The
Show
Must
Go
On
and
Black
Madras
Films.
The
project
is
mentored
by
filmmaker
Vetrimaaran,
signalling
confidence
in
the
film’s

recent
promotional
event,
writer-director
Nelson
Dilipkumar,
known
for
Doctor
and
Jailer,
shared
his
impressions
of
the
movie.
He
described
what
he
had
seen
and
heard
about
Mask
as
“very
fresh”

noted
that
it
belonged
to
the
dark
comedy
zone
and
was
executed
effectively.
Nelson
also
remarked
that
it
was
perhaps
the
most
entertaining
film
produced
under
Vetrimaaran’s
supervision,
calling
the
concept
unique
within
Tamil
cinema.
