Lisa Rinna has spoken out after she claimed she had been drugged at the “Traitors” Season 4 premiere party in January.
The reality TV star appeared on “Good Day New York” and told hosts Jerry O’Connell and Rosanna Scotto that she had fentanyl and amphetamines in her system after the Jan. 8 party. TMZ was first to report on Monday that Rinna thought she had been roofied with something at the party, which took place at The Abbey in West Hollywood. According to TMZ, Rinna’s “Traitors” co-star Colton Underwood noticed that she was “completely inebriated” despite not drinking much and notified Rinna’s team after he became concerned. Rinna said she left the party and thanked her husband Harry Hamlin for helping her.
When asked by the hosts if she was certain she’d been roofied, Rinna said, “Yes, I was. I had fentanyl in my system.”
After the hosts expressed shock, she said she took a test after the party: “I’m not kidding. I had fentanyl, high levels of amphetamines and other things. But I can’t talk a lot about it because we’re still dealing with it. It was leaked and my team is dealing with it now.”
Rinna, who’s appeared on “Days of Our Lives,” “Melrose Place” and reality shows like “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” “Dancing With the Stars” and more, was selected as one of the traitors on Season 4 of the Peacock series. She was known for her rivalry with “Bachelor” alum Underwood and butting heads with her fellow traitor, “Love Island’s” Rob Rausch. The season finale airs Thursday night.
Rinna added about her alleged drugging, “So many people that I know have had this happen at the Abbey. All my daughter’s friends. I mean, this is not a first-time thing. This is something that’s gone on for years. And I do think it needs to be a conversation. And I’m glad now that it’s out and we will deal with it. I just haven’t had my own time to do that yet.”
