Kayan Wellness Festival Returns to Abu Dhabi in February 2026 | News

The Kayan Wellness Festival is set to return to Fahid Island, Abu Dhabi, from 6 to 8 February 2026, reaffirming its position as one of the Middle East’s most compelling wellness-led travel experiences.

Following a widely celebrated debut, the three-day festival will once again transform Fahid Island into a sanctuary of movement, mindfulness, creativity and connection, drawing global thought leaders, practitioners and conscious travellers to the UAE capital. The 2026 edition builds on last year’s momentum with an expanded programme across immersive zones dedicated to the mind, body, heart and soul, alongside the much-anticipated Longevity Hub where science and holistic wellbeing converge.

Reflecting on the inaugural edition, Abu Dhabi resident Jaime Cooke, an Executive from luxury real estate firm Maison71 and part-time DJ known as DJ Cookie, said last year’s festival exceeded all expectations. “Last year’s festival was quite simply epic. The quality and curation of the global thought leaders and practitioners made Fahid the wellness centre of the universe for three days.”

That sentiment was echoed by thousands of international attendees who travelled specifically for the event. Terry O’Hara Moseley, founder of Bionic Breathwork, a modern, science-grounded approach using conscious connected circular breathing, flew in from California to take part. “I live and work in Los Angeles, which is often considered the pioneer of wellness, and I am deeply impressed,” she said, underscoring Kayan’s growing global credibility.

The 2026 festival will feature expert-led talks, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, movement practices and live music, all curated to encourage both personal transformation and collective experience. Families are also catered for, with an expanded Kids’ Hideout offering mindful, creative programming designed to introduce wellbeing concepts to younger audiences.

Positioned firmly within Abu Dhabi’s evolving wellness and lifestyle landscape, Kayan’s return further strengthens the emirate’s appeal as a destination for transformative travel experiences that blend culture, community and conscious living.

As anticipation builds for February 2026, organisers promise an edition that is deeper, broader and even more connected than before. If last year was anything to go by, this year is set to be unforgettably chill.
