The Karthika Deepam 2 episode of February 25, 2026 begins with the continuation of last episode’s final scene.When did your daughter Kanchana become your aunt’s daughter-in-law? How did you fulfill your promise to your aunt? Jyotsna asks Dasharatha. Otherwise, Deepa should have become your daughter.. She says you should have adopted her. Deepa is this orphan whose parents died, and she has become a daughter-in-law in this house. Dasharatha, who is angry with statement, says that Deepa is not an orphan, her parents are alive.
Everyone including Jyotsna is shocked by those words. But where are Deepa’s mother and father? Jyotsna asks. Karthik intervenes and says that I will answer that question. He says that you cannot bear some truths. Our marriage took place in your house.. It was your father who did the kanyadaanam. Then your father will become my father-in-law and father to Deepa, says Karthik. Then Karthik says that it is like sending my maternal uncle’s daughter as a daughter-in-law to my mother.
Dasharatha says that Deepa’s parents may not be here today.. but one day he will bring them. Jyotsna says that if Deepa’s parents were alive, she would know where they are. But Anasuya says that even my brother doesn’t know they are. With that, Dasharatha goes near Kuber’s photo and gets emotional. Dasharatha asks him to tell him what your brother told you about Deepa. My brother loves children very much.. but he was sad because his brother’s wife didn’t have children. One day, Deepa was found while walking at the bus stand. Since then, he has raised Deepa as a child.
Dasharatha cries while holding a stick in front of Kubera’s photo. He says that your brother is God.. If he were alive, he would wash his feet. Everyone is shocked by those words.
