Indian Idol 16 Yas Island episode date: I am an avid traveller, and I love incorporating travel with entertainment. In my last special series- I told you about the places that you should definitely visit while enjoying a trip in Abu Dhabi. It is one of my most favourite cities in the world, as Abu Dhabi was the first international destination that I explored in 2022.
In a major development, Sony Pictures Networks India announced that it is taking Indian Idol beyond the country. Guess what? Indian Idol will have its first international edition on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island.
Ladies, and gentlemen, boys and girls, brace yourself for a memorable edition of ‘Yaadon Ki Playlist’ as Indian playback singer Madhubanti Bagchi will be seen as a special guest during the episodes.
Madhubanti Bagchi, who has crooned Aaj Ki Raat from Stree 2, Peelings from Pushpa 2: The Rule and the chartbuster Shararat from Dhurandhar, will be setting the stage on fire with her performance.
Vishal Dadlani said in a statement released by Sony TV’s team, “Moments like these are defining for young emerging artists as they inspire confidence, sharpen ambition, and truly spotlight the scale at which Indian Idol operates. Given how widely Indian music today is being consumed, shared, and celebrated across the world, this special episode at Yas Island further exposes contestants to a larger stage, preparing them for the global music industry.”
Badshah added in the statement, “This special episode brings a whole new level of excitement for everyone. Indian music and talent are celebrated and followed across the globe and shooting the episodes in Yas Island will further boost the contestants’ confidence to new heights. Performing on a global stage will surely push them to raise their game.”
