Halle Berry is always just an outfit change away from transforming back into Jinx, the stylish NSA agent she played in the James Bond movie Die Another Day.
The Oscar-winning actress recently revealed that she’s still in possession of the orange bikini she famously wore belted, with a holstered knife, on a beach in the 2002 spy flick, which costarred Pierce Brosnan as Bond and Judi Dench as M.
During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Berry was asked by fellow actress Valerie Bertinelli: “I just need to know, do you have the bikini from James Bond?”
Her answer was a simple “yep.”

Host Drew Barrymore, who had asked Berry earlier in the program if she ever got to keep any of her wardrobe from sets, approved of Bertinelli’s inquiry. “Now that’s a question!” Barrymore said. “[The picture] lives rent free in all of our minds.”
The swimsuit — along with Berry herself — is so iconic that actress Halle Bailey recreated the look for Halloween in 2024. Along with the orange bikini and white knife belt, Bailey even copied Berry’s famed pixie cut.
“Lol, it wasn’t AI,” the Little Mermaid star wrote. “The wig really fit, I couldn’t believe it either.”
Berry has explained that the swimwear was very carefully selected.
“We tried on so many bathing suits, so many bikinis and so many belts and this looks effortless — but this was a whole situation getting this little bathing suit right,” Berry told Vogue in 2021. “Choosing the color and the right fit.”
They were very aware that “because it was in a Bond movie, that it would end up being an iconic situation or something that would live a very, very long time.”
While the bikini is still around, Berry has said that Jinx won’t be returning to screens, despite rumors.
“No, I doubt there will be a Jinx spinoff,” Berry said in a 2025 news conference at the Cannes Film Festival. “There was a time that that could’ve happened — probably should’ve happened, I would’ve loved for that to happen — but I think that time has passed.”
