A seasoned professional in the world of luxury hospitality, Guillaume Ranvier has joined Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo as General Manager. He officially took up his position on January 5, 2026, succeeding Louis Starck, who was appointed General Manager of Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo at the end of last September. With an impressive international career in prestigious hotel establishments, Guillaume Ranvier will now bring his expertise and ultra-luxury experience to one of Monaco’s most iconic hotels. Guillaume Ranvier now leads Hôtel Hermitage, a connoisseurs’ hotel currently undergoing transformation.

A distinguished international career
Top of his class at the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française in Paris, Guillaume Ranvier spent more than ten years with the Hyatt Hotels Group in key roles in France and abroad.
He began his career at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme as Director of Food & Beverage, before becoming Director of Rooms and then Director of Operations, notably contributing to the hotel’s complete renovation and the continuous improvement of guest satisfaction. He then moved to Doha, where he supported the opening of a Park Hyatt in the Middle East as Director of Operations. After the health crisis, he returned to the French Riviera as Hotel Manager of the Martinez in Cannes, where he oversaw the first post-Covid season, marked by a major operational reorganization.
He was subsequently appointed General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée, where he successfully led the renovation of the restaurant, launched a repositioning project, and achieved record revenue levels in 2022.

Since 2023, Guillaume Ranvier had served as Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, an iconic property of the Group, where he helped strengthen a culture of excellence focused on performance, team cohesion, and the quality of the guest experience.
Through this rich international journey, Guillaume Ranvier has developed strong values of rigor and excellence, along with a passion for a demanding profession.
His leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to service quality and team well-being are major assets in continuing the development and influence of Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo.
