Mumbai,
7th
November
2025:
After
the
incredible
success
of
its
inaugural
edition
last
year,
which
saw
more
than
a
thousand
women
of
all
ages
from
schoolchildren
to
seniors
come
together
in
support
of
a
cause,
GoFloRun
returns
in
2025
bigger,
bolder,
and
more
impactful
than
ever.
Led
by
actress
and
fitness
advocate
Neha
Dhupia
and
dynamic
entrepreneur
Anita
Lobo,
the
movement
not
only
inspires
women
to
push
their
physical
limits
but
also
creates
a
safe,
supportive
space
to
share
stories,
spark
conversations,
and
build
a
strong
sense
of
community.
The
main
event
of
GoFloRun
2025
will
take
place
on
7th
December
at
the
Dome
SVP
Stadium,
Mumbai,
promising
an
unforgettable
celebration
of
strength,
sisterhood,
and
solidarity.
To
announce
the
latest
edition
of
GoFloRun,
Neha
Dhupia
and
co-founder
Anita
Lobo
were
joined
by
Krishna
Shroff,
Soha
Ali
Khan,
Kritika
Kamra,Nataša
Stanković,
Varun
Sood,
Angad
Bedi,
Shibani
Dhandekar,
Sumukhi
Suresh,
Simone
Khambatta,
Harman
Singha,
Seema
Sajdeh
amongst
others,
inspiring
voices
from
different
walks
of
life
came
together
to
normalise
conversations
around
menstrual
health,
promote
fitness-led
lifestyles,
and
foster
a
sense
of
community
built
on
empathy
and
empowerment.
Followed
by
an
open
discussion
on
menstrual
wellness,
where
participants
shared
experiences
and
insights,
reinforcing
GoFlo
Run’s
mission
to
create
a
safe,
inclusive
space
that
celebrates
women,
encourages
dialogue,
and
continues
breaking
taboos
around
menstrual
and
overall
health.
GoFloRun
goes
beyond
fitness;
it’s
a
space
where
women
can
laugh,
connect,
and
open
up
about
issues
often
left
unspoken.
With
wellness,
inclusivity,
and
meaningful
conversations
at
its
heart,
it’s
a
movement
that
lifts
women
up,
challenges
taboos,
and
sparks
real
change
across
communities.
“Last
year
was
extraordinary:
the
energy,
the
passion,
the
sense
of
community.
It
was
inspiring
and
humbling
to
see
so
many
women
come
together
for
such
an
important
cause,”
says
Neha
Dhupia.
“We
felt
truly
lucky
to
witness
thousands
of
voices
uniting
to
break
the
silence
around
menstrual
health,
to
share
their
stories,
and
to
support
one
another.
What
made
it
even
more
special
was
seeing
so
many
men,
including
Sonu
Sood,
Siddhant
Nigam,
Ranvijay
Singha,
Angad
Bedi
among
so
many
others,
step
forward
to
champion
this
cause
alongside
us.
Their
support
showed
that
this
conversation
isn’t
just
by
the
women
or
for
women,
it’s
for
everyone.
This
year,
we’re
back
with
even
more
excitement,
more
determination,
and
bigger
dreams.
We
can’t
wait
to
inspire
even
more
women,
engage
more
allies,
create
stronger
connections,
and
continue
building
a
community
where
every
woman
feels
seen,
heard,
and
empowered.”
Anita
Lobo
adds,
“GoFloRun
is
about
so
much
more
than
running;
it’s
about
connection,
awareness,
and
creating
meaningful
change.
I
was
initially
nervous
about
taking
on
a
cause
of
this
scale,
but
seeing
the
turnout
last
year
made
me
realize
the
incredible
power
women
have
when
they
come
together
with
purpose
and
heart.
This
year,
GoFloRun
2025
is
set
to
be
even
bigger
and
better,
welcoming
more
participants,
sparking
more
important
conversations,
and
continuing
our
mission
to
empower
women
across
the
country.
A
heartfelt
thank
you
to
Stayfree
for
their
immense
support
in
helping
us
take
this
movement
forward.”
Supriya
Srinivasa,
Marketing
Director,
Stayfree
said,
“At
Stayfree,
we
are
committed
to
normalizing
period
conversations
to
create
a
world
where
no
girl
feels
shame,
fear
or
discomfort
about
periods.
We
are
proud
to
partner
with
GoFloRun
once
again
to
change
the
narrative
around
periods
and
turn
a
simple
run
into
a
powerful
statement
to
raise
awareness,
create
a
dialogue
and
break
barriers
about
menstrual
health.
It’s
truly
inspiring
to
see
thousands
of
women
come
together
to
support
each
other
and
to
remind
the
world
that
menstrual
health
is
not
just
a
women’s
issue,
it’s
a
human
one.
Afterall,
“It’s
Just
a
Period”!”
