incident
in
Delhi,

“A
young
man
drowned
even
though
police
were
present,
yet
no
one
stepped
in
to
save
him.”
Expressing
concern
over
society’s
changing
mindset,
Ishita
said,
“I
feel
that
as
time
passes,
people
are
losing
their
sense
of
sympathy
and
empathy.
It
feels
like
no
one
truly
cares
about
anyone
anymore.”
She
pointed
out
how
violence
has
become
more
common,
stating
that
stabbings,
sexual
crimes,
and
brutal
attacks
are
happening
openly.
Mentioning
a
recent
case,
she
shared,
“Just
recently,
a
45-year-old
woman
in
Haryana
was
brutally
gang-raped
by
five
men.”
Summing
up
her
emotions,
Ishita
said
that

at
the
country

its
current
reality
makes

sad.
