Couple Friendly Box Office Collection: Couple Friendly, starring Santosh Soban and Manasa Varanasi, has completed 11 days at the domestic box office and has now entered Day 12 in theatres on February 25. The Telugu romantic drama, which arrived in cinemas on February 14 to coincide with Valentine’s Day, has recorded an estimated ₹8.13 crore (India net) in its first 11 days, according to figures published by trade tracking portal Sacnilk.

Written and directed by Ashwin Chandrasekar, the film opened with ₹1.1 crore on its first day (Saturday). It maintained similar momentum on Sunday, adding ₹1.05 crore. However, collections began to taper from Monday onwards, with weekday numbers gradually declining through the remainder of its first week. By the end of six days, the film had accumulated ₹4.85 crore, with the Telugu version contributing the majority share and a smaller portion coming from the Tamil version.

The second weekend brought a noticeable spike. After earning ₹0.5 crore on its second Friday, the film saw a sharp jump on Day 8 (second Saturday), collecting ₹1.05 crore. Sunday followed with ₹0.95 crore. The weekend figures marked a temporary improvement over weekday collections.

Weekday numbers dipped again, with Day 10 (second Monday) recorded at ₹0.45 crore. The cumulative total across 11 days now stands at ₹8.13 crore India net. The Telugu version continues to account for the bulk of the revenue, while the Tamil version contributes a smaller fraction to the overall tally.

Couple Friendly Overview

Couple Friendly centres on two young professionals trying to build their careers in a new city. The story follows a struggling interior designer and an aspiring IT employee who form a bond as they navigate personal and professional challenges. Their relationship is tested when one of them finds success, altering the balance between ambition and companionship.

The film is produced by UV Concepts, with Ajay Kumar Raju P backing the project and UV Creations presenting it. The technical team includes cinematographer Dinesh Purushothaman, editor Ganesh Siva, and music composer Aditya Ravindran.

With Day 12 underway, the coming weekdays will determine whether the film can maintain steady footfalls. Trade observers will be watching to see how it performs in its second full week in theatres.
