Fathom Entertainment, a speciality distributor to theatrical partners worldwide, has announced its 2026 annual Big Screen Classics film series. The slate of movies set for rereleases this year includes “Citizen Kane,” “Ocean’s Eleven,” “Silence of the Lambs,” “Gone With the Wind” and “It’s a Wonderful Life.”
Other releases include “Ben-Hur,” “Fried Green Tomatoes,” “The Birdcage,” “The Fifth Element,” “Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory,” “A Beautiful Mind” and “The Maltese Falcon.”
The series was announced by Fathom CEO Ray Nutt, and features landmark anniversary screenings and all-time cinematic favorites that “span 87 years of Hollywood greatness.” The line-up offers a wide range of genres and returns to theaters nationwide in March.
Film historian and critic Leonard Maltin will return for his fourth year at the series, offering exclusive introductions that highlight each film’s legacy. Martin is a longtime USC School of Cinematic Arts instructor, and co‑host of the podcast, “Maltin on Movies,” with his daughter, Jessie.

The 2026 Fathom’s Big Screen Classics slate is filled with anniversary celebrations from some of the greatest cinematic masterpieces of all time and showcases a wide breadth of iconic hits and award-winning films. Fathom is also thrilled with the return of Leonard Maltin, casting a spotlight with exclusive introductions for these cinematic treasures.”
Tickets for the Fathom’s Big Screen Classics 2026 film series are now on sale at Fathom Entertainment and participating theater box offices.
