With a background in BCA, Prattika brings analytical thinking into creative industries often driven by instinct alone. Today, she runs multiple ventures: The Black Dahlia, a premium salon founded in 2023; Chic & Brat, a fashion-forward women’s clothing boutique; Indore ke Namkeen, a food venture launched in 2025; and most recently in 2026, the manufacturing-led designer label Praaan Clothing. Each brand reflects her ability to spot opportunity while building scalable systems behind the scenes.
Her journey, however, was far from easy. In the early stages, Prattika worked relentlessly often 20 to 21 hours a day, while struggling to build the right teams and establish trust in competitive markets. Bootstrapped through personal savings, brand collaborations, and reinvested earnings, her businesses grew steadily. A major breakthrough came when she crossed one million followers, unlocking national brand collaborations and accelerating her growth across ventures.
Prattika’s leadership style is collaborative yet focused. She believes creativity flourishes within structure, using tools like Notion, Canva, and CapCut to streamline planning and execution. Failures are treated as feedback, and innovation comes from constant learning especially from Gen Z creators, global trends, and data-driven insights.
